We regret to inform our customers that the international link outage to United States of America (U.S.A) and Thailand is ongoing due to unforeseen circumstances. This is due to a submarine cable failure at the SMW3 cable towards Tuas in Singapore and Pyapon in Myanmar. On-going rectifications are being conducted in stages.



As a result, customers may experience performance degradation to access content hosted in U.S.A and Thailand. TM Net has taken immediate action to divert some traffic through our back-up links to reduce the traffic congestion. The restoration is expected to be completed by 6th June 2006. We will be making further announcements when the service has resumed.



TM Net Sdn Bhd apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this, whilst at the same time, we would like to assure you that we are doing all that is necessary in order to restore the service as soon as possible.
